Can the file be attached to the letter?
- Yes, by clicking "New Message". You can make certain
of it by yourselves.

What browsers do the attachments of the files work in?
- If you are on the new letter creation page and if
you see the button "Browse', then in your browser
this function works.
It is proved that this function works in 3.0 version Netscape
and newer, and in Microsoft
Internet Explorer 4.0 and newer.
MS IE 3.02 users may also use this function but it
should be beforehand installed a special Addition
to the browser. You may get it free of charge on http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/iebuild/ie3add_win32/en/ie3add_win32.htm.
Attention: To the users of the earlier versions
of the browsers (including MS IE 3.01) this function
is not accessible.

What is the maximum size of the e-mail box?
- The maximum mailbox size on Moldova.CCMail
is 2 MB.
The mailbox size includes the sum of the sizes of all messages
from all folders. This means that when the mailbox is filled
up, at every incoming message will be sent the following answer:
Message will exceed maximum mailbox
size for user@Moldova.CCMail. Mail rejected.
The messages will not be left in the mailbox, although they will
be sent on the delivering addresses.
- Are there some
restrictions on the maximum size of the letter in Moldova.CC Mail?
- When you receive a letter the only restriction is the size of
your mailbox (maximum 2MB). When you deliver letters through
SMTP server, the size of the delivered letter is restricted to
1 MB. When you deliver letters through Web-interface, the main
content of the letter will not have to exceed 64 KB .
- How can I remove my
e-mail box?
- Send a letter on www@Moldovacc.md with
a request of removing your e-mail box. Please, tell us the password
of the address that it is necessary to remove.
- I want another username@Moldova.CCMail.
May I rename my e-mail box?
At this moment we can offer only this variant:
You register a new login, then you write on www@Moldovacc.md in
order to remove your previous address. Please, tell us your password.
- How can I change
my password in the Moldova.CCMail system?
- Click the left button "User Information".
There you will see your information filled in the fields. There
are also fields for entering the password. If you want to change
your password you must enter it in the "Password" field and in "Confirm
the password". Be careful if the password is correctly entered.
If you are sure that information is introduced correctly, click
the button "Save". If you are not
sure in correctness of your filling in the password, click the
button "Cancel" and repeat the procedure
of changing the information.
- May I change my
register information?
- You may change all registration information data , exept the
username.
- How can I create
or change the signature in the letters?
- You can install the signature with the Complete Name, which
will be signed all outgoing letters. If it is necessary , it
can be changed.
- Can Moldova.CCMail
server be used as a news server?
- No, Moldova.CCMmail offers only the e-mail service.
