I forgot my password. What can I do?

The solution of the problems:

  The entrance in the system

To enter the system, it is necessary to introduce the username and the password.

The password should be entered in the same way as at the registration, keeping to the capital and small letters obligatory in the same register .If during the registration your keyboard was by chance in the Cyrillic mode or it was clicked Caps Lock, you will be able to reproduce your password ,switching over your keyboard to the same mode of operation or trying different possible combinations: [Rus], [CapsLock], [CapsLock +Rus].

The exit from the system takes place clicking the button "Log Out".


  I forgot my password. What can I do?

If you forgot your password use the reminding password system:

You need to answer several questions, confirming in this way that it is really your e-mail box. In case of success ,you will be able to create a new password.


  The solution of the problems

- I cannot register the username I need. What is the matter?

- If the username (Login) was used on our server before, then you will not be able to create the address with the same username.
If you want to use your real name or your nickname, but the username you need already exists, try to enter it using the additional letters and figures. For instance, if vasya@Moldova.CCMail address was used, try to name yourself as vasya_super@Moldova.CCMail


- I cannot enter - the password I entered when I was registered does not work.

- The most frequent reason is entering the password by means of Cyrillic alphabet. For entering on Moldova.CC Mail you must also try to switch over to Cyrillic alphabet and to enter the password in such a way to remember it. If it does not help check if you did not enter the password with the activated CapsLock button (test and TEST passwords are different). If nothing helps you ,send a letter on www@Moldovacc.mdMail. Please, indicate your login, your First name, your Last name and e-mail that you entered when you registered.

Remark: If you were able to enter being switched over to the Cyrillic alphabet (that is your password consists of Russian letters) we recommend you to change your password and not to use Russian letters in it.


- Server gives out the message "Error in the record cookie".

- Most probably it is disactivated the option "Accept all files cookie". You can activate it in the following way:

MS Internet Explorer:
In menu choose View > Properties of the browser. You must install in addition the option "Always accept files cookie".
Netscape Communicator:
In menu choose Edit > Preferences. In the section "Advanced" install the option "Accept all cookies".
Besides, there are known cases when such problems appeared while using WebCelerator. If you use this accelerator or another one, try to switch it off, it is quite probable that it will help.

If you do not use any accelerators and in the browser it is tooled everything correctly, we suppose that you use a proxy-server for entering in Internet and this proxy-server works up "cookie" incorrectly. If you have the possibility, try to enter in Internet directly, without any proxy - at least it will help you to find out if it is the problem. And finally, ask your system administrator (or provider) to investigate the problem. Most probably, the error is in your proxy- server.


- When I want to take the mail from Moldova.CCMail ,the mail program gives out the Socket Error.

- Most probably, it is the result of a temporary failure in the network or in the server. Try to take your mail once again, waiting several minutes.

If the error is repeated, please, write us on www@Moldovacc.md - describe, please, in what moment appears the problem and write the whole text of the error.


- I was sent the mail but I cannot read it.

- If you do not see Russian letters at all, and you see only the hieroglyphs, then you need to tool the Cyrillic type in the browser.

But if you see the Russian letters, and they present some senseless combinations, when you read the message , try to make use of the codification switching over references (which are above the message - "win", "koi","dos" etc.). If none of it helps, the letter was twice codified on your way not by us, but by the sender mail server. It is impossible to read such letters without special programs.

If you are not able to read only a letter, then it will be better to solve the question about codification with its sender.


- After entering on Moldova.CCMail everybody can read my mail from my computer.
How can I avoid it?

- When you enter our server and communicate your login and password, the server memorizes your computer in order not to send in the network the login and the password every time you address to the server. The server retains in memory your computer during two hours (during this period you may enter on Moldova.CCMail without indicating the login and password. You can make use of the button "Exit" (which is on the left under the buttons "Settings" and "Addresses") in order to make the server to forget your computer at once. After clicking this button, every attempt to enter Moldova.CCMail will require a repeated entering of the login and password.


- I entered my e-mail and I saw someone else's letters, folders… What is the matter?

- Probably you entered  the Internet through WinGate Proxy Server. It is known that this proxy server often works incorrectly with "cookies" that can lead to such problems. Ask your system administrator to tool correctly your system.
